Schedule for Competition

FRIDAY, February 21, 2025

• 10:15pm FS & VFS draw will be released
• If due to high demand of tunnel after hours the draw may be withheld until the briefing Saturday morning

SATURDAY, February 22, 2025

• Briefing/Draw at 6:00 am am 4-way FS briefing in event tent
• 6:30 am coffee/breakfast
• 6:30 am 4-way expect 15min call for first flight
• 1:00 pm VFS & 8-way arrival
  • • • VFS & 8-way briefing will occur following the conclusion of 4-way for the day
        • Dinner provided by Paraclete XP at the tunnel Saturday night at 6:00pm

SUNDAY, February 23, 2025

• 6:00 am First flight of 4-way
• 6:30 am coffee & breakfast provided
• 9:30 am VFS & 8-way arrival time
• 11:45 pm Lunch provided
• Awards Ceremony begins at 2:00pm
