If your plan is to visit our wind tunnel for an extended period in order to max out on your flying skills, we encourage getting your head out of the tunnel from time to time and explore our area! There are a lot of things to do in Raeford and Fayetteville especially if you love aviation and parachuting. This is the hub of where so much of it began!

    1. 82ND Airborne Division War Memorial Museum

    The 82nd Airborne Division War Memorial Museum brings the history of our beloved American heroes in the All American Division from its birth in 1917, to the airborne battles of World War II, to the campaigns in Vietnam, Grenada, Panama, and the Person Gulf, to the present. Also checkout the aircraft and memorials outside.

Top notch! Instructor John was awesome! There is nothing like soaring, weightless. Staff was great and I even got to watch some of the pros practicing formations before we flew.
