We’re here to help you have a great experience and are going to take a moment to go through most common questions we get at the front desk: “What’s the difference of each package and what are the restrictions?” Below is the low down of each package with some extra FAQ’s below to help you along the way!

The Family Plan is great for groups, not just family! The price is the same regardless if you have 2, 3, 4, or 5 people as it is 10 minutes of shared time. Therefore, if it’s a group of two people, they would get five minutes each. If it’s a group of five people, then each person would fly two minutes.

MOST POPULAR PACKAGES

Our most popular package for a solo flyer (1 person) is the Spread Your Wings package as it includes everything you could get in the experience (flight time, t-shirt and video).

Our most popular package for 2 flyers (2 people) is the Buddy Plan as it also includes everything like the Spread Your Wings package. However, it is heavily discounted to save you money!

RESTRICTIONS, POLICIES & COMMON FAQ’s

The housekeeping details of age, health, and safety restrictions right here, broken down in FAQ’s to help you clarify our policies.

What are the age requirements?

•      Minimum age is 3 years old, as long as they are potty trained
•      If the flyer is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian will need to fill out and sign a waiver for them. There are no exceptions. HERE’S the waiver!
•      There is no maximum age, but it is based on health and fitness

Are there weight restrictions?

Yes there are. The maximum weight if you are under 6 feet tall is 250 pounds. If you are over 6 feet tall, please call us for exceptions.

What health conditions would prevent us from flying?

•      If you’ve had any previous head, neck, shoulder or back injuries
•      If you’re pregnant
•      Have a cast

Can we fly together with our group?

Unfortunately first time flyers will not be allowed to fly together at the same time due to safety reasons. All first-time flyers will go into the tunnel with an instructor.

When can we fly together?

It is ultimately up to the instructor if Repeat flyers are stable enough to fly together. It is all about stability and safety of the flyer!

When should we arrive for our reservation?

Flyers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their scheduled flight time to fill out paperwork, receive wristbands, attend classroom training, get geared up, and into the tunnel for their scheduled flight time.

Can I bring my cell phone, camera or Go Pro into the tunnel area?

As small as these devices are, they are a hazard within tunnel area and may not be brought in.

What should we wear?

Simply put, wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. HERE’S our blog post for more details!

What if I want more flight time?

YES, we love this! You are more than welcome to add on additional time for $41.67 per 2 minutes of flight time. After your first time flight, you are considered a Repeat Flyer.

What if I get the package without the t-shirt, can I still get one?

Absolutely! The t-shirts are $12/each for youth sizes and between $20-$25/each for adult sizes.

For the t-shirts included in the packages, what kind of style and sizes do you have?

Our promo t-shirts are white, adult unisex sizes ranging from Small all the way to XXL. Our youth options range from XS to XL and come in either white, blue or pink.

If I get the Earn Your Wings Package, can I change my mind if I want the video? And how do I get the video and how much will it be?

You may always upgrade your package (but not downgrade as we do not offer any refunds). You may purchase the video after flying at the front desk for $30 plus tax (if it’s not included in the package). It will come on a USB flash drive.

If you’ve left the facility and are at home and you change your mind, you can call us and we can take payment over the phone and email the video to you.

Can I get a refund?

You are required to pay in full at the time of reservation. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any reason, but you are welcome to reschedule if need.
