Operating During COVID-19

Monday, March 16, 2020

It is the mission of Paraclete XP to offer a world-class indoor skydiving experience with safety in mind – both with the physical act of flight and the prevention of germs wherever possible.

Undeniably, this past week has brought about heightened concerns of the COVID-19 virus, and we take these warnings seriously. Having closely followed the guidelines published by the World Health Organization and the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, along with state and local authorities, we have elected to continue flight operations on our published schedule.

Operationally, we have always been proactive about reducing the spread of germs whether it be for the common cold and now most seriously with the coronavirus. Our standard procedures have always been to sanitize flight gear which includes helmets and goggles after every flight in the tunnel. Jumpsuits are laundered on a regular basis and earplugs are never shared; they are designed for single use. Hand sanitizer is positioned throughout our facility and all staff and guests are advised to use it often along with washing hands thoroughly as advised by medical authorities.

Additionally, any staff feeling unwell are advised to stay at home.

All guests exhibiting flu-like or respiratory symptoms are kindly asked to reschedule their flights to another date.

We are committed to continue operations while exhibiting caution to mitigate the risk of the coronavirus.

Sincerely,

Paraclete XP Management

Men and women clapping and smiling while watching coworkers skydive indoors at Paraclete XP.

Top notch! Instructor John was awesome! There is nothing like soaring, weightless. Staff was great and I even got to watch some of the pros practicing formations before we flew.
